Zoli Györkő

Zoli has personally experienced the entire journey of a startup, from its early stages to its ultimate exit, as the co-founder and CEO of Balabit. Their enterprise cyber security software products were initially successful in the Hungarian market, then gained traction throughout Europe, and eventually found success in the United States as well. In his view, a remarkable leader is someone who fosters a culture of innovation within the organization, and deliberately enhances the company's capacity to innovate and adapt to change through well-designed organizational structures, streamlined processes, and a supportive leadership approach.
